Via A36 from the South.

At the main Beckington roundabout on the A36 [the one with the Texaco garage] take the signpost towards Bath. After less than a mile you cross a small bridge over the River Frome and almost immediately afterwards take a left hand turn signposted to Laverton. Turn up this lane and turn left at the first crossroads towards Lullington. Carry on down this lane for approx 1 mile. You will come to a turning on the left with metal fencing and a Park Farm sign. We are the main Farmhouse at the top of the drive, signposted accordingly. If you miss the turing and get to a T junction with an old gatehouse you have gone too far and should turn round.

Via A36 from the North [Bath].

On entering the Hamlet of Wolverton you will pass The Red Lion pub on the left hand side. Take the 2nd right (signposted Lullington not Laverton) on the bend after the pub. Carry on down this lane for approx 1 mile. You will come to a turning on the left with metal fencing and a Park Farm sign. We are the main Farmhouse at the top of the drive, signposted accordingly. If you miss the turing and get to a T junction with an old gatehouse you have gone too far and should turn round.
